Vivienne Law
Vivienne is a mental health, meditation & mindfulness practitioner, specialising in Mindful Self-Compassion. Helping people to pause and hold themselves lightly (in compassion) to mitigate life stressors and exacerbations of mental illness, Vivienne's approach is guided by the philosophy: prevention before intervention. Vivienne works at Australia's largest private adult psychiatric service and is trained in trauma-informed and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches. She holds a kind, supportive and light-hearted space.
